Mary Prentice
Mary Prentice is an artist and designer. Her lifelong love for creative projects includes painting, illustration, photography, stained glass, mosaics, and digital art. She finds her inspiration in the dance between design, drawing, and nature.
Mary honed her skills in illustration and advertising design at Art Center College of Design, then dipped her toes into the business of advertising. But it was in the bustling energy of art shows such as the Beverly Hills and Westwood Art Shows where she found her place in the world of art.
Seeking a deeper connection to community, Mary found herself drawn to Ojai, California,
where, as an art educator, she taught diverse art skills as she encouraged students to find their creative voices.
Mary now happily resides in Julian, California. She lives and works in a beautiful mountain location surrounded by wildlife, trees, gardens, and orchards. Her recent artwork is inspired by what she sees and experiences on long meandering walks in the community.
